What we offer
Setup of a personal AI agent in a two-hour meeting (egenaiagent.se), projects that take over the manual work in a business (Agentic Operations), support so that AI actually gets used in an organisation (AI Adoption), and advisory sessions on growth, content and systems. Content and price are shown on the page where you book or in a written proposal.
Booking and payment
You book a time on the website or accept a written proposal. The price is stated in advance and is a fixed price per session or project. You pay by card through a payment link or against an invoice, after the meeting or as set out in the proposal.
Cancelling and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the meeting. For projects, what the proposal says applies.
14-day satisfaction guarantee for the setup
Work with your agent for 14 days after the meeting. If you are not satisfied, get in touch within that time. We go through what did not work and put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you get the setup fee back. The guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Services from others
AI tools your agent uses, such as a Claude subscription, you pay directly to the provider. They are not part of our price or of the guarantee.
Responsibility
An AI agent is a tool. You are responsible for what you let it do, and for checking the result before anything is sent or published. We do not promise business results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, as far as the law allows.
Disputes
As a consumer you can always contact your local consumer authority. Please contact us first, and we will solve it together.
