Who is responsible
Agentverkstad is run by Nathaniel in Stockholm. Send questions about your data to en@esianathaniel.com.
The contact form
When you write to us we receive your name, email and what you write, and if you choose, your company and phone. The message is sent as an email to Nathaniel through the Resend service. We use it only to reply to you.
Booking a call
When you book a call, an event is created in Nathaniel's Google Calendar with your name, email, company and what you wrote. Google sends a calendar invite with a video link to your email. The page reads Nathaniel's own calendar to show free times. We never get access to your Google account or your calendar.
Why we may process it
You contacted us yourself, and the data is needed to reply and to book the call (legitimate interest and steps before a possible agreement).
How long
We keep the data while we are in contact with you. If you ask us to delete it, we do.
Where the data is
The site runs on Vercel. Email is sent through Resend and received in Gmail, and bookings live in Google Calendar. These providers may process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies for tracking or statistics.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to en@esianathaniel.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
